Heat Transfer Medium Conduction:Serve as channels for water, steam, or thermal oil to circulate, facilitating efficient heat exchange between the boiler’s combustion chamber and the working medium.

Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to oxidation, pitting, and crevice corrosion, with different grades varying in corrosion resistance based on their composition.​

Mechanical Strength: Tensile strength and yield strength meet relevant standards, ensuring the tubes can withstand certain pressure and mechanical loads. For example, the tensile strength of 304 is ≥515 MPa, and the yield strength is ≥205 MPa.​

High-Temperature Performance: Different grades havex different high-temperature tolerance. 310S can withstand high temperatures up to 1200°C, while 321 is suitable for temperatures around 800°C.

Raw Material Selection: Choose high-quality stainless steel billets or ingots that meet the required grades and standards.​

Hot Working: Heat the billets to a certain temperature and perform processes such as piercing (for seamless tubes) or welding (for welded tubes) to form the initial tube shape.​

Heat Treatment: Carry out annealing, solution treatment, or other heat treatments to eliminate internal stress, optimize the microstructure, and enhance performance.​

Inspection and Testing: Perform non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing) and pressure testing to ensure the quality and performance of the tubes meet standards.​

Surface Treatment: Conduct pickling, passivation, or other surface treatments to remove oxides and impurities, forming a protective film to improve corrosion resistance.
