  • ​Manufacturing Process
Rolling: Use cold rolling or cold drawing processes to process the billet. Through multiple passes of rolling, gradually reduce the outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel tube, and improve the dimensional accuracy and surface quality. During the cold rolling process, the steel tube can reach the required specifications by precisely controlling the shape, size, and rolling speed of the rolls. ​ Heat treatment: According to the performance requirements of the steel pipe, conduct heat treatment on the rolled steel pipe, such as normalizing, tempering, quenching, etc., to eliminate the residual stress inside the steel pipe and improve its strength, toughness, hardness, and other properties. Surface treatment: Conduct surface treatment on the steel pipe, such as Phosphating painting, or galvanizing, etc., to prevent the steel pipe from being corroded during use and improve its corrosion resistance and service life. Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection on the finished steel pipe, including the inspection of dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, mechanical properties, chemical composition, etc., to ensure that the steel pipe meets the relevant standards and customer requirements.
